Starting To See Around Corners
Faintly the vibration of a human voice singing Frank Sinatra’s “I’ve got the world on a string” performs exuberantly in the distance. As your eyelids lift from an involuntary blink, three white cabins with black non-reflective doors appear. Overcast & ambient moonlight projects from behind the tree line. Each cabin has one window containing four panes. Each door has three door knobs in a golden reflective material that appears lit by spotlights of unknown origin. “Life is a beautiful thing, as long as I hold the string. I’d be a silly so and so, If I should ever let it go.”. The trees go dark.
